We guarantee your satisfaction for all of our framed specimens. If your item incurs damage during shipping we must be notified within 72 hours (3 Days) of package arrival. If we are not notified in this time period, Real Butterfly Gifts will not be responsible for any costs associated with returns or exchanges.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of package arrival and you are welcome to return your item for credit towards any other item. Real Butterfly Gifts will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose a credit replacement, please return the item and enclose a check for $9.00 to cover the replacement shipping.

Please do not return any items without e-mailing us first or without a return authorization number. If there is no r/a number on the package it will be refused.

In order to help us process your return in a timely manner please follow the following guidelines:

  • Indicate how you received the item. Are you the purchaser? Are you returning a gift?
  • If you are the purchaser, please include the venue where the item was purchased along with a transaction ID.
  • Please let us know in the e-mail what is wrong with the item and the reason for the return.
  • Please package the item sufficiently to prevent damage and mail it to the return address provided with your return authorization.

Returns are valid for domestic returns only we will not accept returns from other countries.

Discounts and Promotions:
If your purchase included a discounted item or a gift with purchase, the credit value for the item returned
will be reduced to reflect it’s value as a free gift or discounted item.
