Vintage Chinese Carved Corkwood Mini Diorama Stunning Intricate Pagoda with Bridge and Cranes Collectible Art 1970’s

This is a vintage Chinese carved cork diorama made in The People’s Republic of China. The small mid century glass and wood display box features an intricately carved pagoda and bridge leading to a carved out tunnel in a rock formation. There a two carved crane/heron birds standing next to the pagoda. The box has a mirror base which all the pieces are mounted on and a black lacquer footed base. The display measures at the base 2.25″ square and is 2.5″ high. This diorama is small but there is so much to look at! I am so impressed with the skill that it took to make this. You will be too!
