The Common Lime Butterfly is a tailless Swallowtail butterfly. It gets its name from its host plants which are usually citrus species such as the lime. The underside is similar to ground-color, the cream-colored markings are paler and conspicuously large. The markings differ from those on the upper side in that the forewing.
